Saving Files to OneDrive for Business from a Virtual Desktop

These directions will allow files to be saved directly to OneDrive from virtual desktop applications. Once saved to OneDrive, they can be uploaded to Blackboard from the virtual desktop.

 

Log in to OneDrive for Business on the Virtual Computer

 

  1. After logging into the virtual computer, click on the grey cloud icon on the virtual computer taskbar.

  1. Click on Sign in and enter your school email address, i.e., [email protected]; click Sign in.

Finish Setting up OneDrive for Business

  1. Enter MyCampus password, and next click Sign in. Next, verify your identity by choosing 1 of 3 options

  1. Click on Next and click Next again.

  1. Click Next, and click Next again.

  1. Select Later, next click Open MyOneDrive Folder.

7.  File Explorer will open, showing your OneDrive folders and files

  1. Example: When saving files from software such as Adobe Photoshop. Choose your OneDrive location\Folder or create a new folder using New Folder. Name your file & select your folder and click Save.
