Uninstall the old ImageNow printer:

1. Go to Start > type in Add or Remove Programs
2. Scroll down to Perceptive Content Desktop Client > select Modify
3. Wait about 15 seconds, and the Perceptive Content Desktop Client dialogue box appears.
4. Click Modify
5. Click Next
6. Confirm Modify is selected and click Next.
7. In the dialogue box, click on the dropdown by ImageNow Printer, and choose This feature will not be available.  Click Next.

8. In the next window, click Install
9. The ImageNow printer will be removed. 

Install new ImageNow printer. 

1. Go to Start > type in Add or Remove Programs
2. Scroll down to Perceptive Content Desktop Client > select Modify
3. Wait about 15 seconds, and the Perceptive Content Desktop Client dialogue box appears.
4. Click Modify
5. Click Next
6. Confirm Modify is selected and click Next.
7. In the dialogue box, click on the dropdown by ImageNow Printer, and choose This feature, and all subfeatures will be installed on the local hard drive.  Click Next.

8. In the next window, click Install
9. The ImageNow printer will be available for use with the 7.7.0 upgrade.
