How to Share Folders from Teams

How to share files or folders with people outside of your Microsoft Teams?

1.  Click the ellipses next to the file or folder you would like to share, chose “Open in SharePoint”

2.  From your SharePoint site, select the folder or file you want to share, choose Share.

3.  In the Share window, chose option for specific People or People within Northwood Tech.

 

4.  Optionally, select the Allow editing check box.  Click Apply

      

5.  In the Send Link window, enter your customer's email address, type a message, and choose Send.

     

6.  Your customer will receive an email with your message and a link to your files.
