  1. To prepare for the enrollment, we recommend downloading the DUO Mobile application (app) onto your mobile device. Having the DUO Mobile app ahead of time will make this process easier.
  2. To download the app you will need to go to the Google Play store [play.google.com]  for Android devices or the Apple App Store [apple.com]  for iOS devices, search for “Duo Mobile,” and install the application. It is recommended you access the emailed link for the enrollment process on your computer and have your mobile device ready.
  3. Follow the instructions on the attached documents to enroll into DUO.
