  1. From the Sign In page, select “Forgot Password”

 

 

 

  1. Enter your username (this will be your email address you used to create your account)
  2. Click “Request Password”

 

 

  1. Please read the message provided on the screen.  You do not have to click “Login”.

     

 

  1. Check your email for a welcome letter, and click the hyperlink provided.

 

 

  1. Enter a new password and confirm it a second time by entering it again.
  2. Click “Save Password”

     

 

 

  1. Congratulations, you have reset your password and are now ready to continue your application or create a new one.
