How to reach out to iTLC Classroom Support using the Teams Phone client on your computer
iTLC Classroom Support is for basic issues like password resets, first time login assistance, basic technology issues and active support in the classrooms. To contact Classroom Support in the iTLC:
In Teams, click on the Calls icon on the left side of the screen.
Search by typing a name in the search box under the “Calls” section, upper left of the screen.
You can search for RA Classroom to get the Classroom Support Auto Attendant Auto Attendant is a calling menu that allows you to select individual sites from a menu.
You can also search by specific site directly by searching:
RA Ashland Classroom Support:
RA New Richmond Classroom Support:
RA Rice Lake Classroom Support:
RA Superior Classroom Support:
How to add Classroom Support Call Queues to Speed Dial in Teams:
- In the Calls section in Teams, you will find Speed dial on the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Locate Speed dial and hover over the menu selection dots.
- Select Add a contact to this group:
- Search for the campus Classroom Support Call Queue that is appropriate for your situation:
- RA Ashland Classroom Support
- RA New Richmond Classroom Support
- RA Rice Lake Classroom Support
- RA Superior Classroom Support
- Add the Call Queue for your campus location
- Check the Speed dial area and you should see the new Call Queue:
