2. On the default sign-in method line, click Change

3. From the drop-down menu, select the authentication method you’d like to use and then click Confirm.

10/29/2025 – Microsoft Service Outage
Update 10/29/25 3:30PM: Microsoft has identified the cause of the issue and begun remediation. Some services are recovering, but users may continue to experience slowness or intermittent access as the fix is applied across systems.
Intermittent access MyCampus Portal, Authentication for login when off site, can be expected for the next few hours.
Microsoft is currently experiencing network and hosting issues that are impacting several Northwood Tech applications, including MyCampus Portal and Blackboard(on-site and off-site). Authentication to Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 application access off-site.
Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue. Updates will be posted here as more information becomes available.
