If you are using a Mac, and specifically the Safari browser, and are receiving an authorization error, please follow the steps below to Allow Cross-Site tracking.

Open the Safari browser. Select Safari in the menu and then Preferences 

Click Privacy in the window that opens, and uncheck the box next to "Website tracking: Prevent Cross-Site tracking"

Click on “here” to open the content

If Cengage doesn’t automatically open, click refresh
