Microsoft Teams: Teams Files Won't Load
Make sure your Teams app has the latest update (See image). After clicking on Check for updates, you will see a little grey bar saying it’s updating. After grey bar disappears, right click on the Teams icon in the System tray and choose "quit". Next, relaunch Teams and check if you can now see the files.
